Where is the pick-up/return location?
I can’t pick up at your location. Is it possible to have the unit delivered to me?
Yes, we can deliver but only within CDO proper. Please note that this will incur delivery charges. Meet-ups in places other than the specified pick-up location will still be considered as delivery and will be charged the same.

When can I pick-up the unit?
Pick-up time starts as early as 6 to 8 pm of the day prior to start of rental date. Pick up time depends on when the previous renter returns the unit. It can also be picked-up 8 am onwards in the beginning of rental date but return time stays the same (6 to 8 pm of last day of rental).
I have a different pick-up time in mind that suits my schedule best. Is it okay to pick up earlier or later than the usual?
Early pick-up is only possible if there is no prior renter or if the unit is already available for pick-up. Late pick up can be catered until 9 pm.
When should I return the unit?
Return should be on or before 6 to 8 pm of the last day of rental. With a return allowance of another 1 hour which brings to a maximum allowable return time to 9 pm. If it is returned beyond 9 pm, our hourly rate charge then applies. If it will be returned the next morning after the last date of rental, the lessor will be charging an additional half of a day’s rental rate of that specific unit. If there is a supposed renter for the next day that won’t be catered due to conflict in return time, the renter will be charged a full day’s rent to compensate income lost due to late return.
